The Board continues its work in strategic planning. One current effort is a Request for Qualifications to begin planning for our next facility when our current lease expires in 2018. The Long-term Facilities Task Group, which includes Board and community members from Urban Prairie and City Garden, was pleased to receive six responses to our RFQ and is busy reviewing the responses to select a partner to help us plan for our future home. Other strategic planning task groups underway include Longterm Compensation, which presented initial recommendations at the November meeting, and Enrollment Growth Planning.
