Sustainable and Regenerative Farmers
The Urban Prairie community values and supports sustainable, and regenerative farming practices. Interested in purchasing high-quality vegetables and meat? You can learn more about some of these farmers and how to order them below.
Nature’s Lunchbox offers a collection of goods from Amish farmers in the driftless region of Viroquoa, Wisconsin including 100% grassfed dairy products, seasonal vegetables and fruits, pasture-raised meats, and more. Timberfeast is a small wooded farm in Chatsworth, Illinois. All animals graze truly on pasture, raised with love from beginning to end by Katie and Mark. Fresh organically-fed chickens, turkeys, pork, lamb, beef and delicious organic eggs. Purchase a CSA share or order weekly with orders delivered on Tuesdays.
