For Current Urban Prairie Families ONLY
To access the Parent/Guardian School Directory:
Under “Parents and Guardians” click tab on the left labeled, “School Directory”.
To filter your Directory by Grade, Parents or Teachers:
Under “Parents and Guardians” click tab on the left labeled, “School Directory”. By clicking the first blue tab, “By Program” you can choose the grade. You can then click the second blue tab, “By Role” to choose to view students, parents or teachers for that grade.
To change any of your own information:
Click on the tab at the top labeled, “My Account”. Then by hovering your cursor over any of your information, you will see a couple icons appear. Click on the Pencil icon to Edit, or on the Trash can icon to Delete. Click on “[+] Add …” to enter an additional address, email address or phone number.
To add Emergency Contact or Extended Care Pick-up names:
Click on the tab at the top labeled “Parents and Guardians”, then the “Children” tab on the side. Click “View” next to your child’s name (or double click on your child’s name). You will then see and can click on a side tab labeled “Other Contacts”. Here you can add a new contact by clicking on the “+ New Contact” button. Fill out the fields and BE SURE TO Click the box next to “Is Emergency” or “Can Pickup” or both. “Save and Back” button will save the new entry. To edit an existing name, click on the name and highlight it, then click “Edit”.
